activ8s founder, Alistair Leitch, celebrates 20 years of Scottish Rafting. In 1987 he was the first commercial raft guide on Scottish rivers, running trips on the river Tay, which have since grown hugely in popularity.
As a Level V Trainer/ Assessor for the Scottish Rafting Association, of which he is also currently chair, and with experience rafting worldwide providing training and guide assessments for the International Rafting Federation, clients can be assured of the highest possible standards from the activ8s team.
Ten years experience managing Scotlands’ largest commercial watersports and multi-activity centre, prior to starting activ8s, ensures that all activities, as with rafting, are run professionally and safely.
The activ8s team are selected not only on their high levels of experience and qualification, but also for their enthusiasm – as our emphasis is always on the personal and friendly delivery of great, fun adventures.
